At Restore Counseling, I help teens and women build confidence, strengthen identity, regulate emotions, and create healthier boundaries so they can feel more grounded, understood, and like themselves again.
Whether you’re a parent trying to help your teen, a young woman struggling with confidence, or a mom carrying too much for too long, therapy can be a place to breathe, sort through what’s heavy, and move forward with clarity.

Practical tools for everyday life
Dr. Beck joined the practice in April 2024 and is currently in training to become the best therapy dog there ever was. He’s a miniature Goldendoodle with a heart for kids, a love for cuddles, and a talent for reading the room.
Beck helps clients feel more at ease—especially during those first-session jitters. Walking into therapy can be overwhelming, but when there’s a fluffy face to greet you, it feels a little more relaxed and a lot less clinical.
I chose to add a therapy dog to my practice because the research behind animal-assisted therapy is remarkable. Dogs can help regulate the nervous system, reduce stress, and offer comfort in ways that go beyond words.
That said, not everyone loves dogs—and that’s okay! If you’d prefer Beck not attend your session, just let me know. He’s always happy to take a day off and stay home with my kiddos.
